Lake Cherokee

I am fortunate enough to get the opportunity to fish Lake Cherokee this weekend. A buddy's family lives out there. From what we have heard we won't be able to get our boat out there, so we will be fishing off their boat. The electronics aren't what I'm used to using, so if any people who live out there or had the opportunity to fish out there I would love some tips,
