lake lunker plopping frog?

how are you supposed to rig and fish them? Do you use a traditional double take frog hook or a single hooknow? do you burn em up top like the ribbit or treat it like a soft jerk bait, any help would be great

Yes. Any bait can be fished anyway, figure out how the fish want it,not the fisherman

well they sure as [censored] have no top water action and they don't do anything when you try them like a jerkid bait, my opinion is complete garbage

Keep your rod tip high and reel it steadily just fast enough to keep it on the surface. I use a belly-weighted single hook. If you reel at the right speed and keep your tip up, it'll stay on top.
