WHICH LAKE TO PLAN A TRIP - 08/26/16 03:43 PM
Looking to plan a trip for a buddy when he comes out in late fall. Best places to fish along with possible guide services with the best deals?
How far do you want to go?

Fork or Toledo bend. Top 2 lakes in the state IMO

Not sure on guide services but I would go to Sam Rayburn.

May not be Fork but think about Caddo Lake - awesome place, will certainly leave an impression on both of you. Plenty of guides including Billy Carter,

I fish a lot of ray Roberts, probably like 3 times a week. And been on fork. I would love to get out there on a weekday, but weekends are kinda crazy after far as fishing pressure. Does rayburn or Toledo get less pressure?

Rayburn and Toledo pressure eases up in November
