Lewisville ramps open before daylight?

Are there any? Preferably on the west side??

Tower Bay and the ramp on the north side of 35 is the only 2 I used this weekend, 35 Ramp is easier then Towerbay to get to right now.

Arrowhead was decent. And zero pleasure boaters launching over there, easy in easy out
