I've been going out to lake granbury some but haven't been catching much. Any tips on catching something bigger than 12 inches lol

Fish shade, granbury is not known for deep summertime fishing, although Im sure can catch some deep if you try hard enough. Normally shallow shade with bait works well.

Docks on steeper rocky shores! Also look for where ledges come to a point near cove enterances

You mean the fresh water coming into the lake just north of 377?
