Cool video. I've been catching mostly smaller fish on Hubbard lately. I'm trying to figure out where the big ones are before the tournament on the 9th.

Been catching some nice 3-5 lbers here lately. My spots have been reloading since I've been visiting them here and there. You need to be in the marinas or off the rip rap on I30. Fish SLOW or don't fish at all. I've been catching the big girls in the marinas pitching and flipping. They are there, just got to slow down to get them to bite. Looking forward to fishing the Tues night open tourneys, if you see a '95 white/red ranger 461vs out there that's me. Good luck

First row of slips is producing a fish every cast.
I have been wondering if the brush piles we sank in the 6th slip south of the first walkway still were holding fish. I believe it was '79 or '80 when we sank them...

It was 80. Remember that was the year you caught the first double digit bass north of the Rowlett rd. bridge. That mount is still on the wall in the marina.

It was located on northeast corner of Rowlett Rd where it crosses the lake. It was named Lakeview Marina when Mr. Coleman opened it in the early 70's then later sold to Mr. Gibbs in the late 70's to early 80's and renamed Marina Del Ray and I believe it closed in the mid to late 90's.
Lots of good fishing in that arm of the lake in 80's and 90's.

You blew our cover Doug. Fun while it lasted though.
