Fishing Ray Roberts yesterday evening and caught my first smallmouth. Who said theirs NO smallmouth in Roberts??

I think the 12" is a typical tournament rule. It doesn't appear to be a lake or state limit.

The combined limit for any combination of largemouth, smallmouth, Guadalupe and spotted bass is 5 fish per day.
Largemouth & smallmouth
Minimum Length:
14 inches

Exceptions to Freshwater Harvest Regulations

Yep your right. Posted that without thinking to much. We have a Tournament this weekend and those are the tournament rules. Thanks for clarifying .

They are a blast to catch here are the 2 biggest ones I have caught out there, both in the 4.25-4.5lb range.
