Lacy point was locked up a few days ago. Are there any other ramps open currently?

COE site said Twin Bridges (and I think Midway) was open but the Lake site said everything was closed. Always a different answer from everyone you talk to.
Haven't been able to make it out so I haven't put too much effort into it.
As of right now there isn't a ramp open on the lake.
