Schedule for BASSfest at Lake Texoma

Does anyone have any details on BASSfest at Lake Texoma? Is there a fan expo? What time are they launching? What time and where are the weigh-ins? The website they are promoting in Bassmaster magazine, www.bassmaster.com/bassfest, doesn't work, and I can't find any more information on the BASS website or on this forum.
