Of Fort Worth That I can take my nephew tomorrow for his bday that isn't shut down due to rain..... Any suggestions guys

Each management district has their own information that is shared regarding the status of the public facilities. You may have to call private concessionaires. But here is the Corps site that covers recreation and lakes. You can drill down to quite a few from here...

Then there is the TPWD park status you can check on their website.

Joe Pool is 5.43' high.. not sure what ramp would be open in that circumstance.
