Lake Guerro Mexico

Has anyone been there lately, are any of the lodges open? Just curious, love that lake and would like to go back

I will contact Woody Wood here on the forum. They have a house down there and just got back.

Report:
- Woody and crew got back on Monday.
- One over 9 lbs. was the big fish for the week.
- Best day was 100 fish caught per boat.
- 4 fish in the 8 lb. range was taken.
- Average size big bass caught in numbers was 5 to 6 lbs.
- At least 50 per day of the smaller fish per boat.

We just got back Monday, had a great trip. Largest this trip was 9.56, 4 in 8lbs range, a lot of 5 to 6 pounders. Cold front got us Saturday and Sunday but still had 2 days with over 100 fish caught. Man we drove down there years ago! A cold front got us, but had a blast.

Out of our last 6 trips the last 2 we have not had a 10 plus but before that we have had 2 12s and a 10, plus Joe had a 14. We had Donald down last june but had our worst trip, High pressure the hold time. Donald had a bad trip, he likes to eat health food and Louisianans like to eat, so he had a hard time watching us
