Rick Denton. He's a local guide there on Fayette. The guy will put you on the fish!

Man you don't need a guide on Fayette. Just go fish.

Don't need a guide out there, just a map and a boat.

What are the best baits this time of year?

Carolina rigged flukes, brush hogs, beavers when fishing deep (watermelon red, watermelon candy, green pumpkin). Texas rigged when shallow, 10 foot or less. Rattle trap (silver blue/black back) on shallow points, square bills as well (chartreuse blue/black back). Have a jig tied on when you find good rock.
