Doubt your going to get much positive feedback with the water level high and slowly falling, water color, and 46-47 degree water temps the bite has been very slow. I haven't personaly caught more than 1-2 fish each trip lately. Not to say you won't go out and catch some fish but I wouldn't have high high expectations as far as numbers.

The fish I have be able to catch have been 18-25ft and have marked a bunch of bait and fish in 35-40 but I can't catch them.

Let us know how you do, I might be heading out Friday morning as well if I can get caught up on baits by then.

Still catching smallmouth on a lake that never "officially" had any ... I am definitely curious like a cat! I gotta get me some of that.

I caught a 4lb smallmouth last spring way in the back of Indian. That was the 3rd one I had caught in that lake. I hope they continue to expand. They are fun to catch and cool looking and fight harder than the largemouths.
