HydroWave Customer service. - 01/27/16 05:29 AM

Had some issues with my unit awhile back and miss a warranty date to get it fixed. @ that time they sent me a free mailing slip to send it back and have it checked out. The warranty lappsed buy a month so I told myself o well and never sent it in. On a resent post about troubles with units I posted that I had issues as well and when I called they where VERY helpful, so give them a call.

I got a message on TFF from there customer service rep the next morning. They have taken care of me beyond what they ever had to.

Hats off to HydroWave!!!!!!!!! Great people over there.

And they kept the same CS guy that was in place. By all accounts he does a great job.

I bought my old man a hydrowave as a gift, partially b/c of the repeated stories about great customer service on here.

They are superior when it comes to taking care of their product!! I was amazed at the service I received! The CS rep actually met me in his time to exchange units! I owe him a fishing trip when he gets back in town! That service deserves a huge pat on the back!

Has it been actually proven that they work? Are is it a must for the gadget guyz. I bet they gave they to all the pro's free to have them in their boat. I would have if it was my factory. When you race cars if you run the sticker are product you get paid if your a top winner. I'm sure it is the same. Do you think anyone who bought one would be slow to say they don't work just to save face. If they do work wouldn't you think everyone driving a 40 50 60 70 80 90 thousand and up boat would have two on board in case one failed on a fishing trip. I have asked people who swear by them to see the one they have out of curiosity only to be told "will I don't have one YET". WHAT??? I would hope they work but do they and where is the proof please.

Two things - first, I have the mini that I bought for my 2 man boat that I use on smaller waters. It is 9V powered, so out of curiosity I took it down to my dock, turned it on & dropped the probe. Now I have several brush piles planted, so the fact that bream & crappie were present was not a surprise. But what shocked me was the 2 Cormorants that swam up & kept pecking the speaker.

Second, I take a trip every year to the Classic & the FLW Cup. I asked the question to every Pro I could. The universal answer was that if it did nothing else, it masked the trolling motor & graph emissions. One of two brothers even said, that just because you don't see it on a Pro's boat, don't think it's not mounted in a compartment, with a wink....

Ronnie you may have to take Delvec as it seems I can't get back to Texas, typing this in Denver actually. Finally will be back this weekend from a three week west coast swing. I just try and take care of guys the same way that I would want to be taken care of. I want HydroWave to be know for our customer service, and that is why I take care of the TFF as I have been on here for over 10 years. The other thing is all of my contact information is in my signature and I always have my cell phone with me and don't care if it is 9 at night, weekends or holidays I will answer it and try and help resolve any issues. The real funny thing is my job was and still is nothing to do with customer service but I have taken on the TFF Customer service as a personal thing to make sure you all are taken care of.
