Garmin waypoint format? - 01/26/16 10:13 PM

Garmin seems to have a weird waypoint format 7x7 digits, can anyone translate that for me to lat long? Thanks!

Typical GPS waypoint formats are
Degrees, Decimal Degrees ------------DD.DDDDD
Degrees, Minutes, Seconds -----------DD,MM,SS
Degrees, Minutes, Decimal Minutes ---DD,MM.MMM

They are interchangeable.

There are other forms of location data also.
