Will Ray Roberts be closed again?

Looks like the level is 638.70 and rising that is around 6.3 ft high. I know when I used the idb ramp last time it was at around 5.5' and was close to being closed then. Anyone have any more info?

Gates aren't open , so probably . We can fish it by june
