If you think about it, the guy that is with you most of the time in the back of the boat...he's dependable, loyal, funny, serious when needed, etc....he probably would not have purchased it for himself because he has (3) kids to feed. Me, I'm single no kids and had a great year for my business. Something little, nothing big.....just a token of appreciation for all the cold/hot/windy times he's put up with my successes and failures as the boat captain in this sport!
Let that person know you appreciate them!
