Flukes Underwater

I actually found this video a bit helpful when using flukes. Makes you want to make sure you are being patient and working it slow.

I fish a fluke a lot and I would say just as with a jerkbait, most strikes come while it is sitting still.

Dead sticking works great too.

Does what it should. Pause, let it fall, pop it hard on a slack Line and it will do a complete 180.

That's generally when I get most of my bites as well. Usually they just slam the bait

Thanks for sharing... I'm really curious what one looks like on a crig. I've been catching fish on it and all have come on me dragging it across the bottom instead of lifting up on the rod.

+1 on this. I've had a lot of success as well dragging a fluke on a Carolina rig. Always wondered what it looks like crawling across the bottom.
