Anybody ever use these for bass fishing? I've caught a ton of whites and hybrids on them but I've never tried them for largemouths. If you have used them, in what way? I was thinking drop shotting them would be good.

I have used the Gulp minnows on a drop shot and had luck.

Gulp = Catfish Bait for me. I just can't catch anything on it besides catfish..
Try taking the liquid that is in the containers of gulp minnow and putting it in your other packages of soft plastics and see what happens. I don't know if the ones you are talking about come packaged that way with the excess liquid. There are some that do have it and come in a container instead of a package. I know the minnow scent is #1 on my baits but it isn't Gulp. I don't see why it wouldn't work though.

Yup. I've caught crappie and catfish on them, not a single bass. I've been told by people that they think the things are a bass repellent.

I've seen them work great for bass...
Warning: wash hands after handling before eating chips...
That's one "feeding frenzy" I wish I'd not started.
