2016 BASS Open Schedules

Any rumor or info on the new schedules?

I'm guess one of the same 6 lakes they go to ever year. Should be out any day now I'd think.

We were told the schedules will be out this week.

Should be a Texas event on the schedule, I would think. Kinda funny that NY seems to get a Northern Open every year and Texas gets a tournament every other year.

On a side note, it would be nice not having an 8 hour drive( one way ) dragging a boat to each one next year. The last one to Table Rock scared the [censored] out of me. A Jeep is ok dragging a boat around on flat ground, but a bit of a pucker in the Ozarks. Lol I detoured through Oklahoma on the way back.

I got a chance to fish these as a co-angler back in 2013 and really learned a lot. I am looking forward to fishing them again this year if the schedule works out right! As long as they leave Ross Barnett OFF the schedule!! DON'T like that lake...

Until this year's Opens I hadn't bass fished outside of TX save for a trip to El Salto in 2012. I liked the traveling and the opportunity to fish places like Table Rock. I think I'd be a bit disappointed if they went to Lewisville.

Steez, that 412 is no joke. I wasn't evening towing & it was pretty hairy.

I'm guessing the Basin (Louisiana), Arkansas River (Oklahoma), and Table Rock. I hope we do go back to Table Rock.

Hubbard has a BPS on the bank.

Rayburn and the rock would be awesome for 2 of the 3. Table Rock was a blast.
