Spliers?

Spliers? - 08/14/15 10:50 PM

I recently saw someone on a television fishing show using a tool that had the thumb and finger holes like scissors and the head was like needle nosed pliers. Thought they were called "spliers", but cannot find any info on them.

Anybody know what these are and how to get them??

Thanks,

HPJ

Man that is a nice looking tool. Be sure to utilize that lanyard device and $80 a pop; you wouldn't want those going overboard.

The pair I have..the scissor blades are too far apart and don't cut line well.

I have used hemostats and forceps, but wanted something with more substantial hook removing power.

Thanks Guys!!

I have the ones made by Buck and they are excellent at cutting braid.
