Monticello Stacks running - 06/11/15 01:46 AM
My buddy is at Monticello now. He said that the water temp is 97.6. Last week when we were there it was 85.5. All 3 stacks are going.

Nasworthy gets like that in the summer without the power plant anymore. I fished at night out of a aluminium boat out there last summer, mid july-ish. The water temp at 3AM was 98 degrees. The boat was hot to the touch, it was like being slowly steamed to death. Water that hot really sucks. But it also groups the fish up nicely on the deep stuff.

the plant was released from seasonal status May 15th or thereabouts. It will stay in run on
demand or as needed until Sept. 15th. Then it will go back to seasonal status again unless
Luminant is sold.
