The ramps will open March of 2016
Maybe 1st of July to try and get it open for vacationers. They lowered the release rate to what they had before they blew out the river last week, and it looks like they are going to drop it maybe 2 feet a week. All the boat ramp parking lots are flooded as well as the marina parking lot, so it will need to be down to around 615 I would think before they would consider reopening a few of the ramps. Maybe the okies that are on here can chime in

The owner of the marina was with us last night at our sons wedding, he is beside himself over the high water, he said the summer is pretty much shot for him.
Right now the bridges to Okla from Texas are closed at the Paris crossing , the Clarksville crossing and the DeKalb crossing but you can drive to Texarkana to get over the Red. Then you have to hope the the bridge structures are not damaged or it will be months before you can cross
Clarksville bridge on 37 is open. Drove over it Friday and Saturday.
