I'm pretty sure the only lake that has a rental boat service is lake fork.

Joe Pool used to have a marina that rented boats... that has been 7 years or so ago though so may not anymore.

The other Ray, Roberts, has rental pontoons at the marina. Not bass boat, but lets you fish, when the lake draws down.

Call Chandlers Landing Marina.... They had a program in the past and may have some rentals....
