What is the best line for top water frog fishing?

Looking for what you guys use.

Power pro

50 lb sufix 832

50 t0 65 # power pro unless is real open area

50lb - 65lb braid. I used to use power pro but I prefer Spiderwire now

65-80lb power pro.

Heavy braid, usually power pro, sometimes suffix.

Sunline FX2

50lb power pro

depends on the cover, lite cover I will go down to 20# xt, heavy cover its 50# suffix.

Depends on the cover -- thick stuff 50-30lb camo suffix braid.. open water 20-lb..

Just use a line that floats and decent enough to horse fish from cover as needed.

Mono= A little stiffer rod to accommodate for the stretch.

Braid = Not so much.

I like both the Sunline FX2 and the Diawa in 65 pound.

65 Braid, I like Sufix 832

65-80lb braid, I use power pro.

I like 50 pound Power Pro, it is a few dollars cheaper than 65. If you go lighter than that you will get a lot of backlashes.

This line is super! I love the 55# for frog fishing. It's rounded so it doesn't get caught deep in your spool, which allows for further casts.

I use 65 pound Power Pro. Several years ago I broke off what I thought might be my PB (a good double digit fish)on 20 pound Big Game. Stripped that line when I got home and re-spooled with 65 pound Power Pro. Never looked back.

65 lb Power Pro in grass and so forth. 20-25 Big Game Mono in pads. Braid sinks and tends to run under pad tops and gets to be headache.
