Heard and seen that they have 4 of the 5 gates open

I'm sure they do as it continues a slow rise with rain probable for the next 9 days - I would love to see a pic if someone has taken one and is willing to post.

they can let them docks go high and dry but they can't let them sink underwater.

So why not pump it to tawakoni, it still lacks almost 4 foot filling.
