What is your definition of large. A large swimbait to me already has a hook in it. A big hollow body is normally 7" and with that it's normally a 1/4 if weighted hook shallow. Deeper it's either a 1/2 or 3/4 exposed jighead or a Santone S3 head in same weights if around cover.

1/4 oz. Owner with the screw lock for the nose of the bait, in a 7.0 for the 7 inch swim baits.
-6.0 for the 5 and 6 inch.
-5.0 for the 4 and some of the 5 inch.

4 different weight sizes with a blade turning underneath.
