Is it really still 24' low with all the rain in that area why is the water not coming up

Not really that much rain we only get about a half in at a time no run off

So is Runaway the only ramp open or the point in Wise county

yeah its still that low. i live in runaway bay and it seems that the rain always missing the lake and the areas we need the rain to fill the creeks. you can still launch on the south side of 380 in RB. i haven't tried lauching from wise but last time i was out that way really wasn't much of a point left so i wouldn't advise it. They been working on the ramp by the dam but don't think the gate is open to public yet

I didn't know they were working on the ramp at the dam hope they are extending it.

yeah they connected the old ramp to the newer ramp that has been out of the water. there was a post in the white/sand saying they stepped it off and its nearly 300' you will have to back up to get to the water
