this story could easily read, "man stabbed at fork over large bedfish" lol

Lol. Or - man walks across 14 boats in Glade during big bass tourney to stab fellow angler for catching "his" fish.

And everyone's worried about the drug cartel at falcon.

"Man stabbed at Ray Roberts after running unmarked boatlanes..."

Who pulls a knife over a fishing argument, given the man should have let the situation be. People need to practice self control, and respect others on the lake. Prayers to his family and friends.

Same as road rage. It is out there everywhere. Keep your cool and walk away.

You have some that try to do whatever they want because they know the "other guy" should just turn away
Then you have the guys that "stand their ground" for the littlest of things
Put the 2 of them together and you have a stabbing, a shooting, a fight, or whatever.
it is no different in fishing than it is in any other thing in life,,,,,

My first thought too.

Years ago on Lake Lavon one Saturday morning. We were tied up to the cable fishing and catching sand bass . My lure got hung up inside the cable and I went after it. In doing that I got in front of a boat with a old man in it wearing his hard hat. He pulled a gun on me and told me to get the - uck out of his way. I believed the whiskey drinking hard hat wearing old goat. Nine in the morning and he was already drinking whiskey from the fifth.
Way before cell phones and the fish were biting. So we just right back to what we were doing . He left wright after that.
