Every rod builder has at least built one crooked eye rod. Personally I do not like them. But there is no telling who made it. Where is the spline located ?

Honestly I think it is a custom crankbait rod. That's why the eyes are offset like that.

Spline like spinning rod. But should match the eyes normally. But if it was made for a right handed crank bait fisherman it'll be splines like a bait caster so you can sweep. They are all different.

The best I can tell the spline is on top of the rod.Im no rod builder but I can tell its a 7ft medium or moderate action with a fast tip so perhaps it is a crankbait rod just wish I could find who built it and go from there.
