The lake just caught .8 of water, so no changes should be seen, or little changes should be seen on what has been working. Hope to see you there.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Was just there last weekend for 3 days. Didn't find any big fish just a bunch of 1-3lb spots. Caught well over 100 fish on 4" senkos, 6" havoc worm, rage menace and clown color x-rap. We caught lots of spots off beds especially over near big grape. We never found any big girls on bed yet but I believe it's right around the corner. I did talk to a guy Saturday evening who had caught a 6lb off a bed that morning and he was sitting on a female waiting for her to come back to her bed. He said he wasn't sure how big she was but wanted to catch her and find out. Good luck, I'm sure somebody will luck onto a big girl on her bed.

Harry,

Since the lake is so far from major cities, we fish the first and third Fridays of the month. As mentioned, we fish from 6:30 TO 10:30 PM. 3 fish limit. It is listed on the calander here and also on the Alan Henry.com calander. Look forward to meeting and fishing with you. Thanks for the report 98Champion. Yeah, it is time for the big girls to be caught. Allen Samuals and Rick Bennett have caught several double digit fish in the past weeks.

Allen Samuals and Rick Bennett have caught several double digit fish in the past weeks. Who in the world are you talking to? Allen caught his PB a 12+ about the first of March, Danny Pool caught his PB a 12.4 about 2 weeks ago 2 other 12`s have been caught this year, and a 13+lb fish was caught by ? and released 10 days ago. As far as I know I caught the biggest bass weighed in in a tournament this year a 10.36 caught in the March jackpot tournament. Poor Rick Bennett has been having a hard time, I think he forgot how to fish He He. PS all of the big fish are being caught in the very back of Big Grape (it is still April) Rick Bennett is the one with the finger beside my head in the 10.36 picture.

There was a question about the next T and when we fish. Here is the answer. It is also posted on the Calendar, here. We fish the 1rst and 3rd Friday of the month. Next T is on May 1rst.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

We had 7 people fish this T and yours truly won it with 2 fish for 2-12. 2nd was Rick Bennett with 2-10. Mine were both black bass vs. spots. I culled one fish for about 5 oz. from fishing with a suspending jerkbait. The big fish came on a crawworm. Rick said he probably caught 20 or so fish, but they were cookie cutter fish. We tied with big fish of 1-7. I had a 1-5 and he had a 1-3. No overs, so no 3 fish limits. Rick said he caught his on a blue fleck worm. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Last two tournaments was just bad timing with family and work commitments. Hope to start making each tournament going forward.

We had 6 people fish tonight. Gary Bennett, with his new boat, won the T with 2 fish for 2 10 oz. 2nd was Zach with 2 8oz. Big fish was caught by Greg Roberts (Banjominnow) with a 1 9 oz bass. That was the only fish he had. Ribck Bennett and I had 2 small fish but didn't deem them necessary to weigh in. Congrats to all the winners tonight. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
