URGENT P.S.A. BASS Open Lewisville....

Tomorrow is the last day of practice to go soremouth all your fish you will need for Thursday and Friday but need to do it early and be off the water by high noon.

Also, everyone will be re-checking their prime spots one last time tomorrow, so pay attention to where everyone is fishing because those are the good spots.

One of those spots Is likely a better spot to start on than where you were planning on starting.

You advocate going out to spot/steal spots better than you can find yourself?

I reread it, then just deleted my comment. I may have been better off it it DID go over my head. I think it is a Freudian post of sorts.

My original post was along these lines, minus the wife thing. It IS 2020 and it’s pas-see to assume a guy has a wife, and not something else.

I think the winner will be around 45lbs. It will take 25+ to make cut. A big fish will play a major roll. 9+lber.

I will mark every freakin spot I see a pro fishing no shame in my game!!! Might be a good spot may not never know til you fish it!!! And I don’t mind calling people liars that say they don’t fish spots they see pros fishing!

The only reasonable explanation is that all the anglers are catching fish at such a furious pace they broke Basstrakk, or Lewy is just a mud hole.

Question - We fish Lewisville, so familiar with the lake. For this Open tourney, is it the best 5 fish or total weight each day? Also do the Sandies or Hybrid striper bass count?
Or only the Largemouth/Spotted bass?

66 anglers could mean either 30-50 boats I imagine depending on co-anglers.

Stiff wind today..be interested to see how they did....

There are 158 boats in the tournament, they fish 3 days, best 5 keeper largemouth, smallmouth, or spotted bass per angler per day. Biggest weight total for 3 days wins.

I'm just south of the dam and the winds are howling...

158 boats..wow...is there any unwritten rules for non-participant boats (other than stay back from BASS angler boats ). My buddy wants to go fishing tomorrow..I suggested we stay over here near Little Elm. My guess is most anglers will be by the lewisville dam or in the coves/marinas.

The unwritten rule is kinda up to each person’s interpretation. I’d just stay back and observe, trying not to get in their way. But....it’s a free country full of “me first” types. So....
