20 Year wait Bass Boat

Well, 20 plus years ago I sold my first bass boat, a Nitro Rick Clunn edition. Since 5hen I’ve fished back seat at Bass Champs many seasons and spent years not fishing at all. Well about 4 years ago the passion returned and I began to gather tackle and dreamed about what type of boat I might get again.

Well 4 weeks ago I stumbled onto a 2010 Skeeter ZX 190 with a Yamaha 150 with less than 100 hours. Trick was it had sat in a barn and was in need of a lot of love. Well I picked her up at a great deal, and a month later she is ready to hit the water. New fluids, hot foot spring and electronics, Barbasol on the carpet and hours of tar removal. Her she is.

Nice looking boat.

Man found it on Google looking how to clean extremely stained carpet. Wipe the barbasol on 5hick and let it sit 30 minutes. Wipe off excess and rub the rest in, let sit another 10. Then wet carpet with a carpet spot cleaner or carpet shampoo machine and work slowly. Below was one of the front hatches before and after.

I have the same boat. Different colors. Same truck, different color there too! The boat is a great sized boat with really good storage for its length. You’re gonna like it.

Nice boat. I agree with Donald. You'll probably catch more and bigger fish than a $60,000 rig. Did you put the decals on the carpet or was they already on there? I have a buddy that was inquiring about carpet decals

H2ODAWG those carpet decals are actually a cover up for some of the mud stains and tar I couldn’t get off. I ordered them online and after following the instructions from z decal those things aren’t going anywhere. And they have a bunch to choose from. Thanks for all the other comments, truly proud of 5his rig.
