Batteries - 08/10/18 02:31 AM

When I have my boat plugged in and charging, trolling motor runs like it’s brand new. Unplug from the charger and it steadily loses power over about 5 min to the point it’s running at 50% when it’s turned up to 10. None of the breakers are tripped, batteries are full of water and are only 10 months old. Bad batteries?

Check the voltage, it should be way over 12.6 v, if lower than that, its a bad bank. Or take it to AUTOZONE and the can load test it. It sounds bad to me.

So are we running this out of the water, in a barrel of water or with a long extension cord off your dock at the lake? roflmao
