Looking for a good worm to Texas Rig. Suggestions?

What’s your favorite worm to Texas Rig? Looking for help. So many options.

Blue fleck power worm any length.

Mann Grape jelly worm

Zoom Speed worm, watermelon red.

Purple Creme scoundrel. (at least it was back in the '70s before bass got smart)

Worm or plastic period? Hard to beat a speed craw or brush hog.

Some of my favorites are 10" power worms in Blue Fleck and Red Shad, Zoom trick worms in red bug and watermelon red. On a dropshot I like finesse worms in tomato or redbug shad. I've also started using more various green pumpkin colors as well.

Zoom Ol Monster black red flake or California 420. Dirty water here.
Or Zoom trick worm in any natural color.

10 inch blue fleck. Hard to beat anywhere. IMO

+1 LOVE Tequila Sunrise and Red Shad. This time of year, Ol Monster is hard to beat!

I like a black neon yum ribbon tail worm.

Never been a Powerworm guy. I like the big Zoom stuff.

Power worm for less cover and senko for thick cover.

I do very well with the 4" black w/ chartreuse tail by BassPro. I'll catch things on that worm when nothing else it biting.

7 or 10" Power Worm in Green Pumpkin or Blue Fleck

ZOOM ol monster Junebug red for low light/night fishing, Watermelon magic and Green pumpkin magic for brighter days.

I rig these for slow fall. 1/8 tungsten, 4/0 Owner straight shank XXX hook, 5MM glass rattle in the arse of the worm.

I do exactly this and also use 7 inch power worms and Zoom ole monster worms for texas rigging. I drop shot Zoom finesse worms as well as Zoom trick worms.

Another good worm to Tx. rig is the Grande Bass air tail wiggler.

Now if you asked what creature bait to you like to Tx. rig I would have to say the baby brush hog would be at the top of my list. It is a good fish catcher. Many like it on a Carolina rig as well and so do the bass.

+1 What the heck? You know it is a good worm when Longhorns and Aggies are agreeing.

Zoom plastics are hard to beat, don't forget a finesse worm or centipede when the bite gets tough.
