Sitting in my Doctor's office, waiting for my check up.....picked this up and started flipping pages.
This issue was May/June 1984!

could be wrong but that doesn't look like Bernie Schultz or ron shuffield…..I'm guessing it's a story about one of the fishing in one of the mexico lakes...
