Power Pole Customer Service ***** - 06/25/18 09:12 PM
I had an issue with a hose on a power pole ( a hose ruptured). I called power pole and told them I had a unit that I bought used. It didn't matter. Customer service promptly set me a new set of hoses. I then installed the hoses and the ferrules were bad. I called today to ask about new ferrules. They are on the way. This is crazy good customer service.
Anyway, as much as people complain, I wanted to prop up these guys......

Got one power pole that is acting ridiculous and takes forever to come up and down. I guess I will be give them a call. Does anybody know where to get these things serviced if not?

Best CS I have received from anybody anywhere. PP moving on it's own are trying to, when it got to the up position the pump would keep running. It also had a cracked bracket, not sure how it cracked but it was. Called them on the phone and they ask for serial number of the unit. Parts on the way the next day. The only thing they ask was return the parts in 30 days. They sent mother board, top cap to the pump, new bracket, new bolts, spacers and nuts. They send a bill but if parts send back no charge total was $620.
The boat is a 2011 and the poles came with the boat...No questions ask They were nice as they could be. The box the parts came in even had instructions of how to work on the unit....
If you need help looking at how to work on the PP You tube is your friend. Only thing they have it setting on a counter top... Getting to the pump in the bottom of the boat is the biggest problem...

Absolutely zero issues with customer service! Part of one of the spikes cracked. Up on the black piece and they sent a brand new spike without hesitation. I can’t say enough about the company.

On the other hand you could be like my neighbor. His new FX came with two Talons and he's been without one of them for almost 8 months now....he's strapped and can't afford to repair it....AGAIN!

Just to update, i got a package today from power pole.....i asked for 2 ferrules.....i got 8.....and a quart of fluid....that I didnt ask for.....
This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.
