If your camping then Big Chief by the dam, for cabins I think Canyon of the Eagles has some, you just drive down to the end of FM 2341.

High Line resort probably has some rooms, i think they are around $120 a night, the big advantage of the place is close proximity to some really good fishing.

Bummer, Canyon of the Eagles says booked on 9 June and High Line Resort says "under construction" until summer.
