Had about a 4 1/2 pounder blowed up 2 or 3 times. I slipped over in the area and started throwing a spook in the area. He erupted on my spook. I set the hook and as I was reeling it in, it head shook 2 or 3 times. I could tell something was sticking out it's mouth. I got it in the boat and realized it was about a 1/2 pound bullhead. The bullhead had his pectoral fins locked. I finally got it out. The bullhead was dead but the bass swam off. I dont know if the bass was hungry or he was splashing to get my attention for help.
