Which Lewisville creek arm?

Which Lewisville creek arm? - 02/25/18 03:09 PM

Have never fished Lewisville (except for whites) and have a small one day company tournement on March 15 (a Thurs) and won't be able to practice. Don't want to run all around the lake so where would you focus your time?
Any leads will be appreciated......Thanks!

North banks
Lewisville generally has a late spawn and stays a few degrees cooler than the East Tex lakes. March 15 will be the pre spawn, early spawn pattern.
More fisherman hit up the Eastern portion, and there are more coves East. The river may be hot, but it s a long run and you need to know the route

Word to the wise.....if you're not kicking up mud, you're fishing too deep.

Flipping a finesse worm right in the middle of flooded bushes in Tower Bay cove could be worth a try?
