Bass boat storage options for 2018

For those that have to store offsite, what are some good options with power on the East side? Currently at Compass in Fate but their annual rate increase has gotten beyond what I'd like to pay.

store at home if at all possible had a friend lose his boat due to a fire started by another boat in the same storage facility
