I know one is still out there but hes past the buoys, he has had his picture taken a couple of times.

I have not seen the one enforcing ramp etiquette but a few weeks ago we saw one in Lollar and a larger one up in Squaw Creek on same day. Have also seen one in Tucker Creek on three occasions during last year. One of them has moved into SSI behind buoys by discharge. He guards plant like it is a medieval castle with a moat.
