Bought 3 legs at Krogers last week, tented one in Pam treated foil and heated in the toaster oven,,, Tough as nails

Some time ago, someone suggested a treatment for this, I tried it (Although now forgotten), the suggestion worked.

Yes these were were smoked and cooked legs. smile

Any meat that is not naturally tender a pressure cooker is the key. Makes chicken gizzards tender as can be.

processed smoked and refrozen is gonna be bad anyway you slice it.

Got it wrapped individually and in the slow cooker for 6 hours
