Anybody try the new Copper Ceramic coated pans yet...what say ye?

I disagree agree with Mike. Bought a small copper chef pan for a couple of eggs, bacon, grilled cheese, fish tacos, and quesadillas.. I love it!

Sounds like an expensive pan. If I see one at an estate sale, I'll give it a try.

They work pretty good, not a scam as far as I can tell. So far better nonstick than my Calphalon pans. My biggest gripe is that the bottoms leave marks on glass stove tops. I just use it to finish stuff in the oven, nothing ever sticks.
