Came up with something tonight I must remember how to make.

1/2 cup El Salvador crema
Juice from 1 1/2 limes
2 cloves garlic
One cube of the Knorr cilantro crumble seasoning
One Roma tomato diced.

Throw everything into a screaming hot pan in this order. Mix well and pour over your fish. Don't cook any more than 4 minutes tops.

You can leave out the garlic but all the other ingredients are required. This is a requirement for me to eat tilapia.
