quick and easy Kings Inn tartar sauce recipe:
1 Yellow onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
6 sticks of Celery
6 jalapenos
2 cloves garlic
blend together in food processor.
use a strainer to get as much of the water out.
pour veggie mix in a bowl.
Add 1 jar mayo ( or Miracle whip )
3 Rolls of Crushed Ritz crackers.
Stir.. then chill for 1 hour.
Makes a ton, eat as a dip or over Seafood. the original recipe is more complex, but this taste close to Kings Inn's and it's quick.
