I've tried chicken breast, pork tenderloin, and filet and sirloin in it. I wasn't crazy about the pork and chicken, the texture was too soft, beef is excellent. Sous vide carrots are the best carrots I've ever had.
I cooked New York strips last night, kept them at 131 for 2hrs, then put them on the grill with mesquite wood to sear them. Best steaks I have ever cooked. I'll try chicken next

I've been Cooking Sous Vide for about 6-7 years now, and do several nights a week.
www.chefsteps.com is a good guide also.
Thanks Brian, I'll check it out.
