Leftover BBQ

Recently someone posted about vacuum packing leftover BBQ and heating it up in the package in a pan of boiling water. I tried this with some brisket, and must say it was as good or better than when fresh. Great idea!

Yep, that's how we do it or the microwave.

Will try the microwave. Would be faster.

works great for deer camp food. i love to cook, but cooking at the camp can be difficult. no condiments, no proper cook ware and no stove. heating up leftovers and adding frozen or canned goods makes for a great meal.
