Japanese hot pot dish very similar to what you find when you go out to dinner to the fondue places. You have a bunch of different things all cut down to bite size pieces and cook them at the table in a pot of boiling broth.

Broth is simple.
4 cups dashi
2 cups sake
1 cup light soy.
1 piece kombu

Here’s where it gets difficult. Add what you like. Here’s what we’re looking at for dinner.
1 pound thin slice ribeye
1/2 onion sliced thin
1 package enoki mushrooms
6 shiitake mushrooms
6 baby Bella mushrooms
1/2 package firm tofu in bite size pieces
7 ounce package shiratake noodles already in the pot
Handful of Chrysanthemum leaves
Baby bok choy

It's her breed. That dog has food available all day and is spoiled plum stinkin rotten. She had steak and eggs over her dinner last night.

I tinkered with the broth but I haven't made full on batch of pho. It is on my list of things to make.

Get an electric pressure cooker and do it. Saves a lot of time
