2007 Mercury 150 EFI

Having alarm issues. diagnostics ran everything checks good, mechanic thinks maybe a loose wire in ECU. the problem, alarm and shut down until motor warms then runs fine. Any help appreciated

If an alarm sounds the diagnostics scanner should be showing why. I always check and clean the cranking battery connections first off when strange electrical problems appear.
